That's why we're excited to announce that Manuel Quintana has been selected for the 2026-2027 Texas Sign Association (TSA) Young Professionals Program.

The TSA Young Professionals Program recognizes emerging leaders in the sign, graphics, and visual communications industry. Each year, a select group of professionals from TSA member companies is chosen to participate in a year-long program focused on leadership development, education, networking, and industry involvement through the Texas Sign Association.

Manuel's journey into the sign industry is one many can relate to.

Born and raised in Conroe, Texas, Manuel never imagined he would build a career in sign manufacturing.

"Growing up, I had no clue how signs were made," Manuel says. "I was introduced to signs at the age of 19, and now I'm going for the big 3-0. I have learned so much about the industry thanks to Bakers' Signs & Manufacturing."

Over the years, Manuel has developed valuable skills while working alongside experienced professionals, gaining firsthand knowledge of the craftsmanship, teamwork, and attention to detail that go into every successful project. His willingness to learn and his dedication to delivering quality work have made him an important part of our team.

When asked about his career goals, Manuel shared a simple but meaningful vision:

"My career goals are to keep growing within the sign industry."

That commitment to continuous learning and professional growth is exactly what the TSA Young Professionals Program is designed to encourage. Throughout the program, participants build relationships with industry leaders, attend educational sessions, serve on TSA committees, and collaborate with fellow young professionals from across Texas.
