TSA Young Professionals: Amanda Mason
Amanda Mason
2026-2027 Texas Sign Association Young Professionals Program.
At Bakers' Signs & Manufacturing, we know that great signs are built by great people. That's why we're excited to announce that our own Amanda Mason, Project Manager, has been selected for the 2026-2027 Texas Sign Association (TSA) Young Professionals Program.
The TSA Young Professionals Program recognizes emerging leaders in the sign, graphics, and visual communications industry. Each year, a select group of professionals from TSA member companies is chosen to participate in a year-long leadership and professional development program that includes educational opportunities, networking with industry leaders, committee involvement, and participation in the TSA Annual Conference and New Products Show.
Amanda's selection is a reflection of the dedication and professionalism she brings to Bakers' Signs every day.
As a Project Manager, Amanda coordinates projects from start to finish, working closely with customers, vendors, production teams, and installers to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward. Her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to exceptional customer service have made her an invaluable member of our team.
When asked about her career goals, Amanda shared that she hopes to grow into a leadership role by mentoring team members, driving continuous process improvements, and contributing to the long-term success of the company. That mindset perfectly reflects the culture we strive to build at Bakers' Signs—one where continuous learning and teamwork lead to better results for our customers.
Amanda also shared what she enjoys most about working in the sign industry:
"There's a great sense of accomplishment in driving by a completed sign and knowing you helped make it happen."
Anyone who has worked in our industry understands that feeling. Every completed project represents countless hours of planning, engineering, fabrication, permitting, logistics, and installation. Seeing the finished product standing proudly in a community is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.
The TSA Young Professionals Program will give Amanda the opportunity to connect with other emerging leaders across Texas, learn from experienced industry professionals, serve on TSA committees, and help shape the future of the sign industry.
At Bakers' Signs & Manufacturing, we believe investing in our people is one of the best investments we can make. When our team members grow, our customers benefit, our company becomes stronger, and our industry continues to move forward.
Congratulations, Amanda, on this well-deserved recognition. We are proud to have you representing Bakers' Signs & Manufacturing in the 2026-2027 TSA Young Professionals Program, and we look forward to watching your continued growth as a leader in our industry.
